28 Ocak İngilizce Hazırlık Mid-term Proficiency Sınavı Hakkında

İngilizce Hazırlık Programı – 28.01.2022 Muafiyet Sınav Yönergesi

• Muafiyet sınavının ilk oturumu 28.01.2022 Cuma günü yazılı sınav olarak yapılacaktır. Bu sınavdan başarılı olan öğrenciler 31.01.2022 tarihinde yapılacak olan ‘Speaking’ sınavına girmeye hak kazanacaktır. Yazılı ilk sınavdan başarısız olan öğrenciler Speaking sınavına katılamazlar ve 2. dönem hazırlık okuluna devam ederler.
• 28.01.2021 tarihinde yapılacak yazılı sınavın başlangıç saati 11.00, bitiş saati 13.40 olacaktır.
• Sınav 3 oturumda tamamlanacaktır.
  • 11.00-11.40: Reading / 30 puan
  • 12.00-12.40: Use of English / 30 puan
  • 13.00-13.40: Writing (Essay) / 40 puan
• Sınav ‘Tepekent’ yerleşkesinde yüz yüze gerçekleştirilecektir.
• Her grubun bir ‘GRUP SORUMLUSU’ ve GRUP GÖZETMENİ’ olacaktır
• Yazılı sınav geçme notu 70’tir. 70 puan altında alan öğrenciler sınavda başarısız sayılırlar ve speaking sınavına giremezler, bu öğrenciler 2.dönem hazırlık okuluna devam ederler. Yazılı sınavda 70 ve üzeri puan alan öğrenciler 31.01.2022 Pazartesi günü yapılacak ‘Speaking’ sınavına girmeye hak kazanırlar. Speaking sınavına katılmayan öğrenciler hazırlık sınavından muaf olamazlar.
• Speaking sınavı geçme notu da 70’tir.
• Speaking sınavı da ‘’yüz yüze’ yapılacaktır.
• Speaking sınavı bir ‘Öğretim Elemanı’ ile karşılıklı yaklaşık 10 dakikalık bir soru-cevap seansı şeklinde olacaktır. Bu soru cevap kısmında B2 seviyesi konuşma becerisi aranacaktır.
• Her 2 sınav başlamadan önce kimlik kontrolü yapılacaktır.
• Kuralların herhangi birinin ihlali ya da şüpheli bir durumda sınav Grup Sorumlusu tarafından iptal edilebilir.
• Kopya çekilmesi, teşebbüs edilmesi, sınava öğrenci yerine başkasının girmesi…vb. durumlarda ilgili öğrencinin sınavı iptal edilir ve ‘Disiplin Yönergesi’ ilgili maddeleri gereği işlem yapılır.
• İsteğe bağlı hazırlık okuyacak öğrencilerin sınava girmelerine gerek yoktur.

Mazeret Sınav Hakkı

• Mazeret sınav hakkı sadece sınav tarihinde covid tanısı konmuş ve izolasyon sürecinde olan öğrencilere tanınacaktır.
• Bu tarihler en erken 21.01.2022 ve en geç 08.02.2022 tarih aralığını kapsar.
• Öğrencinin bu durumunu resmi bir sağlık kurumundan alınmış bir belge ile kanıtlaması gerekmektedir.
• Bu durumda olan öğrenciler olursa sınav 10.02.2022 tarihinde yapılacaktır.
• Mazeret sınavı ile ilgili duyuru ayrıca yapılacaktır.

English Preparatory School Mid-term Proficiency Exam Guidelines ( Important Note : This Exam Is Not For The Newly Registered Foreign Students )

English Preparatory School Mid-Term Proficiency Exam Guidelines

• The first session of the Proficiency test will be held on Friday, 28th of January, 2022. Students who pass this exam will be entitled to take the Speaking test that will be held on Monday, 31st of January, 2022. Students who fail from the written test can not take the Speaking Test.
• Written exam starts at 11:00 and ends at 13:40.
• The exam consists of 3 parts:
  • 11.00-11.40: Reading/ 30 points
  • 12.00-12.40: Use of English / 40 points
  • 13.00-13.40: Writing (Essay) / 40 points
• Exam will be conducted face to face
• 2 instructors will serve as supervisors during the exam.
• Passing grade for the written test is 70. Students who score below 70 will be considered as unsuccessful and can not take the speaking test. These students will continue the English prep class for the second term. Students who do not take the speaking test can not be exempt from the prep class.
• Passing grade for the speaking test is also 70.
• Speaking test will be conducted face to face
• Speaking exam will be conducted by an instructor as a Q&A session for about 10 minutes. Students are expected to answer B2 level questions fluently.
• ID control will be done before each test.
• In any case of doubt or violation of the rules,the test will be cancelled by the group supervisor.
• In any case of cheating or any problem during the ID control…etc. the test will be cancelled and the management will take action about the student according to the disciplinary regulations.

Make-Up Exam

• Students who have been diagnosed with covid will take the make-up exam.
• These dates include between 21.01.2022 and 08.02.2022.
• Students have to prove this situation with a document taken from a healthcare organization.
• The make-up exam will be held on 10.02.2022
• Announcement for the exam will be made later.
